MTV’s American reality TV star Jenelle Evans’ soon-to-be-ex-husband Courtland Rogers is reportedly delaying signing the divorce papers filed by Evans on May 2, Wetpaint reported on May 12.

According to Rogers’ Twitter account post on Saturday, May 10, he won’t sign anything until his lawyer is present, which won’t be until at least July 11. Evans is scheduled to deliver a baby fathered by her new boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, this June. If the divorce process is not started immediately, she will still be married to Rogers when the baby comes out. Due to a North Carolina law, it is possible his name will be on the birth certificate if they are still married until a paternity test proves he is not the father.
