Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans formally divorced from husband

Twenty-two-year-old Jenelle Evans of Raleigh, who is best remembered for starring on Teen Mom 2, officially divorced her husband, Courtland Rogers, United Press International reported.

A clerk from Brunswick County confirmed to that Evans was finally granted divorce from estranged husband Rogers on Tuesday, June 10, after waiting for more than a year. Divorce laws in North Carolina state that married couples must live separately for at least a year before they can be allowed to file a petition for divorce in the courts.

Evans tied the knot with Rogers in 2012, but the former pair separated after they were arrested for heroin possession in April 2013.
