As one of Marshall & Taylor PLLC‘s Intake Specialist, Victoria is often the first voice clients hear when they reach out during some of the most difficult times in their lives. She approaches every conversation with patience, empathy, and understanding, creating a safe space for clients to share their stories and begin the legal process with confidence.

A proud mom of three, Victoria knows firsthand the importance of compassion, clear communication, and trust — qualities she brings to every client interaction. Currently studying Social Justice and Human Rights online, she is passionate about helping others navigate challenges and ensuring they feel respected and supported from the very first call.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her children and pursuing her studies, staying inspired by the belief that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
