Stephanie Carswell serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Marshall & Taylor, where she leads the firm’s operational strategy, business infrastructure, and organizational growth. In this role, she focuses on strengthening internal systems, aligning teams, and building the operational foundation that allows the firm to continue delivering exceptional service to its clients.

Stephanie brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across service-based organizations and multi-location operations. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, developed scalable business systems, and helped organizations navigate periods of growth and transformation.

Prior to joining Marshall & Taylor, Stephanie held senior executive leadership roles within real estate brokerage operations, where she oversaw business strategy, recruiting and talent development, marketing, and operational performance for a large, high-performing organization. Her leadership helped strengthen the operational infrastructure that supported the expansion of a significant agent network and sustained year-over-year business growth.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie spent more than 15 years in retail leadership, where she managed multi-unit operations and large sales teams across multiple locations and states. This experience developed her strengths in operational management, leadership development, and performance-driven team culture.
