With over 13 years of dedicated experience in family law, Rosa is widely recognized for her deep knowledge of legal procedures and her compassionate approach to supporting clients through some of life’s most difficult transitions.

Over the course of her career, she has served as a trusted paralegal to partners and senior attorneys at the firms she has worked with—playing a central role in managing complex family law matters with precision and care. She has supported cases involving divorce, equitable distribution, child custody and support, special proceedings matters, appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency (A/N/D) cases.

Clients often describe Rosa as a calm, reassuring presence. She is known for her ability to explain complex legal processes in clear, understandable terms, answer questions thoroughly, and provide both legal and emotional support. Her goal is always to ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and well-prepared throughout their legal journey.

Rosa’s professional reputation extends beyond her firm. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with judges and court staff throughout Wake County and the surrounding areas—connections rooted in professionalism, reliability, and mutual respect. These relationships help ensure that matters are handled efficiently and with care.

Although she originally considered attending law school, she quickly discovered her true calling lies in the vital, behind-the-scenes work that keeps family law cases moving forward. Her years of experience, attention to detail, and deep procedural knowledge allow her to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and ensure every case receives the attention it deserves.

In addition to her typical paralegal casework, Rosa has had roles in mentoring and training fellow paralegals, legal assistants, interns, and also assisting associate attorneys with understanding the Local Rules and processes. Her guidance and knowledge have helped shape efficient legal teams and ensure that firm staff are well-prepared to support clients and attorneys at the highest level.

Outside of the office, Rosa enjoys spending time with her son, Mario, cheering him on at his many soccer games and practices. She also loves hiking, traveling, and relaxing with her family and their goldendoodle, Lolabear.
