Senior Law Clerk

Remington is a Senior Law Clerk, where she combines her strong legal foundation with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families through difficult times. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Her journey with Marshall & Taylor began in 2022 when she joined the firm as an intern after completing her first year of law school. Since then, she has continued to grow in her role, bringing compassion, diligence, and a client-focused mindset to every case she supports.

During law school, Remington was actively involved in the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to members of the community. This hands-on experience reinforced her passion for family law and her desire to be a fierce advocate for those in need.

Currently preparing to sit for the bar exam, Remington is dedicated to becoming a strong voice for clients navigating complex and emotional family matters.

When she’s not working, Remington enjoys spending time in the mountains and getting lost in a good book.
