Lindsay Simon

Attorney

Lindsay is a family law attorney passionate about guiding families through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Lindsay was born and raised in Northern California. She began her academic education at Sierra College where she graduated with associate degrees in liberal studies and social and behavioral sciences. There she was a member of the Sierra College Women’s Golf Team. Lindsay completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Sacramento, receiving a B.A. in liberal studies and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Lindsay decided to pursue her passion of helping children and families by moving to Raleigh in 2021 to attend Campbell University School of Law. Through Campbell University, Lindsay worked at the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic gaining first-hand experience guiding clients through the family court system. She also attended the Cambridge, U.K. Study Abroad Program studying English and UK legal systems and Global Human Rights.

Lindsay is a family law attorney who passed the North Carolina State Bar in September 2024. She has been practicing as a family law attorney since passing the bar, she has gained experience in absolute divorce, alienation of affection, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, property division, and alternative dispute resolution.

Outside of the office, Lindsay is a member of the Tenth Judicial District Bar and Wake County Bar Association. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her dog and two cats. She also enjoys being outside as much as possible and being active through golf, tennis or pilates.
