Christian Jennings joined Marshall & Taylor in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in launching, growing, and scaling companies across the start-up and SMB landscape. Her background includes deep operational leadership in service-based industries, where she has successfully supported clients ranging from early-stage ventures to Fortune 500 enterprises.

She brings a unique blend of experience across consulting, internal strategy, marketing, operations, and finance—an uncommon skill set she leverages to navigate and solve complex business challenges.

An accomplished entrepreneur in her own right, Christian discovered her true passion lies in helping CEOs and leadership teams turn vision into reality. As a business strategist at heart, she specializes in bridging the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.

At Marshall & Taylor, Christian works closely with firm leadership to drive operational excellence, align business goals with scalable processes, and deliver strategic solutions that support long-term growth. Her approach brings clarity, focus, and a strong execution mindset—ensuring the firm is well-positioned to serve its clients with precision and agility.

Although not a North Carolina native, Christian has proudly called the Raleigh-Durham area home since graduating from Meredith College in 2005. Outside the office, you’ll likely find her on the golf course, serving as sous chef to her culinary-inclined son, or curled up with him and their two pups—crocheting magical creatures and enjoying family time.
