Beth Evans is a paralegal with Marshall & Taylor PLLC whose practice focuses on the financial dimensions of complex family law litigation in North Carolina.  Beth has spent more than 15 years as a dedicated client advocate — developing a deeply held belief that the best advocacy does not stop at the edges of the immediate problem but extends to a client’s life and future well beyond it. Six years ago, she brought those instincts and philosophy to family law.

Colleagues and clients alike will tell you that Beth has a gift for seeing the big picture — for stepping back from the complexity of a difficult case and identifying what actually matters most, and what the path forward looks like from 30,000 feet. She pairs that perspective with a genuine willingness to think outside the box when a case demands it, finding angles and strategies that a more conventional approach might miss. Those qualities, combined with 15-plus years of advocacy experience, are what she brings to every client.
