Director of Operations

Andrea Ganzenmuller joined Marshall & Taylor in 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Operations, bringing with her over 22 years of progressive experience in operations management, process optimization, and strategic project leadership. She has led cross-functional teams and overseen end-to-end process improvements in both domestic and international markets. Her expertise spans supply chain optimization, systems implementation, vendor management, and strategic planning, positioning her as a key contributor to organizational growth and operational efficiency.

A native of New York, Andrea relocated to the Raleigh area in 2016 and quickly embraced the community. She attended SUNY Stony Brook as a Chemistry major before embarking on her career in operations, where she discovered her passion for building efficient systems and guiding teams toward sustainable growth. Her personal experience with life transitions has deepened her appreciation for the transformative impact Marshall & Taylor has on its clients. She is committed to upholding a client-focused, empathetic approach at every level of operations, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of service and support.

What Andrea finds most rewarding about working in Family Law is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances. She values the firm’s mission of guiding clients with compassion and integrity, and takes pride in supporting a practice that helps clients find clarity, security, and a path forward during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her children. She can often be found exploring North Carolina’s parks and hiking trails, taking full advantage of the state’s natural beauty and outdoor activities.
